About me:

I am from California and am currently doing an MSc in Archaeological Information Systems at the University of York. I previously received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology-Geography, with a minor in Religion from Dartmouth College in 2017. I first became interested in Digital Archaeology during my undergraduate degree when working on a project that used satellite imagery to remotely analyze looting patterns on archaeological sites in Northern Syria and Iraq. From this project, I realized just how powerful new technologies can be when incorporated into the field, and dove in head first into this masters course to try and learn as much as possible! My research is currently focused in Sambor Prei Kuk, Cambodia, where I am conducting spatial analyses on LiDAR data in addition to a variety of other digital analyses on the ancient city.
